Inside Sales Associate

Help Zendals be a leader in the industry by acting as the Sales Representative who serves customers; services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts; adjusts content of sales presentations; focuses sales efforts; submits orders; keeps management informed; monitors competition; recommends changes in products, service, and policy; resolves customer complaints; maintains professional and technical knowledge; provides historical records; contributes to team effort. Qualifications Uses customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information. Greets callers, establishes rapport, projects professional tone, handles complaints, and records statistics on each call. High School Diploma or equivalent experience Speaks clearly and effectively in a variety of settings. Works productively with others in a team environment. Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job. Ability to multi-task. Strong work ethic. Uses time productively to accomplish work goals. Occasional travel required. Has effective organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Has excellent attendance and completes quality work on time. Remains composed and behaves professionally during emotionally-charged or stressful situations. Is flexible and can adjust to shifting priorities. Ability to effectively handle escalations and time critical issues. Able to work efficiently with minimal guidance or supervision.
